Not too long ago, on the 13th October 2011, I saw Westlife face to face for the first time! It was INCREDIBLE! Ah, it was not worth watching every minute to every second! To be honest, there are no words for me to express regarding the concert. All I can say is that, if you can see what I saw in my mind, ah what love <3
But it truly is hard to know that just when I saw them, singing with such joy and love, the band is officially going their separate ways. It is hard to take in, to understand how this could happen.
So what’s worse than waking up early in the morning? Finding out you favourite childhood band is finally going their own ways. Its hard knowing they were a huge part in my childhood, ever since I was a little girl. What’s harder is knowing that though we can enjoy and dwell in the amazing creations you lads have done, there isn’t anything to look forward to as band.
Thank you for 14 years of hardwork, dedication and never failing love for you fans! Not to forget, the sacrifices you made, from you marriage, to your children, to you family and friends and even your time!
You will always be in the heart of fans <3 Wish you all the best in your individual careers, be it as a solo artist, or writing songs, or a DJ, or a TV celebrity, you will always have fans’ support.
One day, hopefully in the near future, we hope you will perform as one again! Well, just for the fun of it, or for reunion sake. Westlife might be gone, but I hope it will not be gone forever <3
